hey smiles i applied to a referrer and i got to be a referrer but i actually kind of would like to be an admin. I want to help others. I dont want to be in survival mode the whole time because i cant help people with their problems. I already posted my whole application but can u just switch out the referrer and put admin. Thank you for the incovenience

Also I would like to use hawkeye because sometimes some people say they ahve been griefed and some people dont see what they say and nobody responds and i wanna help but i dont know who did it.

Too often for someone with a 2 year old and a job... - every day for multiple hours
4.Why do you want a staff rank?
I think this is a great server that could be even better. I see that the current staff is stretched thin as well as many hours when almost no staff is on at all - I could help fill the gaps. I could help take part of the work load off the shoulders of the owners while they work on getting the server setup.

I would ban and rollback - if a new player hops on the server and starts griefing right away - we don't need those type of players on the server - no point in temp ban - they will never contribute to the server or ever donate...

2. No I do not donate for i have no money or card to donate with.
3. Every day for 5-6 hours
4. The server has a lot of potential, the plugins are good like the /back command that all users can use, the /warp dig is useful to me, i had to cover my house in the this gap of the mountain. I NEED to be a part of this, this is a rare server, not many have good commands, to be a part of this server is a privilege!!

6. Yes i do, people sometimes need items or leather or books to make things and they just can't find it so, i don't let them be alone, i would help them a lot, no need for dying many times trying to get things, i just give them directions for what ever they need.

I follow him and who ever he greifed i would give them good things like diamond iron armor, I would make him jealous and try to make him stop, if he stops and noticed that everybody that he griefed get creative to fix their house goodies, he may just stop and do good things, if he does then i give him good things, he would play the server without bad words on signs and everybody get to have fun.
10. Yes i vote everyday to make sure the server get is fullest. Villacraft is awesome.

2) With all the mails I've sent you, you know I really want to.
3) Between 3-5 hours a week, once I played for 10 hours XD
4) Once when the server got griefed, all the staff was AFK. I am almost never AFK, and can take care of things quickly. Either way, I could have fun and responsibility being a staff member.
5) I guess trusted right now, but I am a Co-Owner on a different server, so I know what it means to be staff.
6) Yes, I give supplies to new people oftentimes, and I am kind 99.99% of the time. I have been temp-banned just once, for flaming.
7) 12, birthday in April.
8) No swearing, racism, sexism.
9) I would do basically exactly what bestjayd would do. Ask him (you) if he read the signs, if not, TP him there. If he does obnoxious comments, muting AND jail would follow. I would wait for a higher rank member or discuss with you or Ciar whether or not a ban is appropriate. If it is, it will be done.
10) I have voted A LOT lately.
