Owners of Villacraft, I don't know if you have seen this or not but there have been strange cases where people, preferably staff, have been accusing players commiting felonies of the server. Such as today, adamlove was jailed because he/she (adamlove claims to be female but who knows  ) said that a room in the new city was griefed while ameld and joey claimed that adamlove did the griefing. Now comes to my solution. I propose to create a court system that will settle this like the court system of the United States (obviously this is where i reside  . As a result, we can settle misunderstandings and decrease our number of bans on this server. I know i mentioned this on my staff application but so far i haven't gotten a reply yet so i would like to tell you now  . If you would like to learn more, notify my on the server or on one of my posts. Don't worry, I have everything planned out for my plan. If you would like to know more of my plans as being staff, just let me know. P.S. I fixed the grief damage myself  . |

Okay, so what i plan on doing is building courts in minor and major places where people live at. There you can just speak on your behalf while like many courts the prosecuting attorney tries to convince you guilty. Deciding will be based on a point count and a decision of jury. The point count is going to show primarily what punishment you will get. Such as if you lie you will be deducted a certain amount of points. The higher the court you are at the greater the deduction. Also everyone in the local area will be required to represent the jury for the local court if a case is going on. Also witnesses will be required to a tpahere. The resulting consequences will either be fines, community service, jail, temporary ban, or permanent ban. No additional plugins required just a person who will gladly represent the judge and city. All minor and major living areas will have a standard court. All major living areas (london, paris, venice, tokyo, and the main city) will have appeal courts. And finally the main city will have a supreme court. For them to be built i need some land reserved for it (I don't think i have the money to afford plots in every city and i can't get a area in the main city to build that isn't a residential plot ). If you still need more information, I'll be happy to let you know ;D. P.S. I have a good idea for the use of the land of the old city. I will give you a hint to it. It happened this summer in your country. It is obvious what it is . |
